Life experiences held in the body!

Chakra’s are energy centers that are in our aura and our body simultaneously. They are part of the energetic realm and have direct impact on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. When working with your chakra’s I am aware of the emotional, mental, physical patterns, memories, experiences held in the body and needing re-energising including ancestral patterns. Sometimes all these areas require energetic attention and other times only one or a couple.

Sections in the Brain!

An example of what this can be is when I work with the Crown Chakra at the top of the head. Often I am working with the Frontal Cortex, Corpus Collosum Fibres, Left and Right Hemispheres and the folds and valleys of these hemispheres. Seeing the energy within these areas if they are stuck, I am able to release these pathways so that the energy flows again. I could be helping my client with thier stress, overwhelm or thought patterns, together we are working with the Neural Pathways of the brain by working with the energy of the brain, the mind.

Brain connection with 3rd Eye!

3rd Eye Chakra, begins between the eyebrows and slightly above in the centre and ends near the base of the head. Here we may be working on perception and assisting the areas of the Frontal Cortex, Eyes, Pineal Gland, Pituitary Gland, Hypothalamus, Pons in the old brain section. Along with Medulla, Brain Stem and Cerebellum. All these areas align with one another including perception, percieved beliefs which could be subconscious, conscious, ancestral, social, personal ect…

I am working with the consciousness of energy and that connection also allows me to see into the physical parts of the body that I am working with. So working with your chakras is an in-depth session that incorporate all that I have mentioned here and much more.
