Grounding- Earthing your feet for health

Taking off our shoes is freeing in it self, dirt  under your feet or sand between the toes, this action is connection for our soul and healing for our body, mind and emotions.  Grounding – is placing your bare feet on the earth. Which can be soil, grass, rocks or sand at the beach, for at least 30 minutes a day.  Hanging out with friends or chilling with a good book will get the job done.  30 minutes will help you with your stress levels and reduce pain levels.  If you have more complex physical, mental or emotional stories you are experiencing then up to an hour would be advisable.  Though keep in mind also your not doing it wrong if you can’t do the hour, fit in what you can into your day, into your week and know that you are doing great.  Grounding also supports lowering blood pressure, depression, reduce inflammation, reduce red blood cell clumping, reduce pain, improve sleep and happiness…

My intuitive sights allow me to see this connection flowing from our feet and I will share that with you, also links from a scientist and others that have done the experiment of healing through grounding-earthing.  Because we all absorb our information in individual ways, I’ll share the energetic and the science. Enjoy.

We are part of this beautiful planet and she is a part of us on all our levels of being.  There is an energetic line that flows from the base of our feet into the earth and connects us with every living thing on and in this earth.  I see it as a red energy line that flows from each of us and connects with the soil, blades of grass, bugs, plants, animals and other humans. Energy is made of vibration that forms a frequency and is carried by light. This light frequency is full of information and depending on what our frequency is it opens that information up for communication.

There is also another connection that we have with the earth which is connected deeply with our heart center.  Consciously connecting with this area of ourselves and the heart of the earth also amplifies healing on all levels. So I am including in this blog a link to my Grounding and Shielding meditation which you can do while bare foot.  You’ll be grounding your energy on two levels while also connecting with the heart wisdom of the earth, your soul and balancing your energy centers of the body in matter and energy.

It was while I was doing this meditation that I was then shown the red energy line that connects us all.  At first I felt the connection of all beings via the heart alignment I had deepened with the earths heart (the above meditation guides you through this). The depth of connection through heart space grows and expands over time and repetition this brings with it a greater knowledge.

Knowledge that is transferred via frequency, pure energy.  Which is what grounding is, it’s an energetic practice.  We’ve become electron deficient and need to ground again. Energetic information is available to everyone if you desire to harness and deepen your connection.

Stepping onto the earth shoeless for me is like entering a joyful gathering of friends and family.  I feel welcomed, energised and happy.

Happiness, is Connection to your inner being, your centre.

Happiness is Connection to your inner-being, your centre within.

Disconnection from your inner-being is how happiness and joy are lost. Giving life to a sense of ‘I don’t belong’.  Feel your way back to you and increase your intuition.

When thinking about happiness and connection it can bring up many images that are unique and special for each of us.  Images of family, friends, sports groups, social groups or self-help social groups that we may belong to face to face or online.  Though the connection that I would like to delve into with you is the connection to your inner-being your true centre.

There is increasing pressure on people, whether we believe it to be external or internal, to be achieving in all areas of your life and to maintain a high level of happiness while you have your attention and energy focused in many directions.  When focus is fractured people become the juggler and most often your energy then rises and stays in your head.  Then it is challenging to feel your way forward that will offer the most ease for your desired outcomes.

Everything going on around you is a direct response to what is going on within you.  Your thoughts create the life that you experience.  These are our conscious thoughts and our subconscious beliefs.

So what is your inner-being you may be wondering.  Other names you may have read or heard can be

  • soul,
  • spirit,
  • your light,
  • spiritual self.

Your inner-being is your light being as light is your vibration when you are not in this physical body.  It is that part of you that lives on when your body dies. If you have concerns regarding the afterlife please read my blog “Soul Groups – Before and Afterlife” as it may offer you comfort.  Your light being is pure energy and everything in our world is communicating via this energy.  If you take the time to practice re-connecting and fine tune this knowing you will be able to feel energy.  In the beginning it may work for you like this:

  • A) You ask your self which direction you should take to avoid the morning traffic?  Or
  • Which company you should choose to work with?  OR
  • Should you participate in this discussion right now?

Then you are answered in the following way:

  • A feeling will rise up in you and when your attention goes to one of the above for example you will sense a block like an energy wall in front of you or in your thoughts.  So you try another option and you sense free flowing energy there is no energy wall blocking the flow.  This is your inner-being guiding you towards the outcome that you desire with the least resistance.

Your intention when you incarnated here on Earth was to live in harmony with your knowing – so maintaining your happiness is connection to your inner-being.

Through your busy-ness and the fact that society has taught, for too long, that your mind is your only power and source of truth, a lack of happiness and joy is on the increase globally, you’re not alone in this many people feel disconnected because they are.

Finding your way back to happiness..

The way back to – Happiness is connection to your inner-being is to begin with small changes.  For it is in these small changes that you begin to lift your vibration.  If you have not read nor heard this term before ‘vibration’ think back to science class where you learn of molecules vibrating.

Well everything vibrates our thoughts, our emotions, our intentions, everything in our world does and it all communicates through vibration.  Intuitive people, empaths, psychics etc. are aware of this vibration and when you begin to live with this knowing as part of you, as it is our true nature to be this way this is why there is an increase in people becoming aware that they are empaths, you will find an increase in harmony to your life.

To lift your vibration so that you may connect back to happiness begin with a small change in your morning routine;

  • Gratitude, say 5 to 10 things that you are grateful for before you even get out of bed.

I like to begin by taking a big breath to wake my body up a little.  Bring my attention to my heart centre in the middle of my chest (heart chakra) and feel this area expand. THEN say what you are grateful for… it could be your pillow, bed, clean air, that you have a reason to wake in the morning, a warm shower that you’re about to enjoy.

  • When you see your reflection in the morning SAY WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR SELF 🙂
  • In those moments that your day is not going well or you being to feel frustration, do the above.  Take a deep breath and centre yourself at your heart centre and allow thoughts of happiness to flow in and follow those good feelings that match it.

These 3 small changes create an avalanche of clearer and higher vibrations within you allowing a pathway of happiness to become larger and larger.  It all begins within you,  Happiness begins and ends with you.  Happiness and your connection to your self is not dependant on what is our there rather what is happening within you and your vibration.

Happiness can be the foundation for your life.

No matter what your experience your intention was to find joy.

I would like to share with you something that was shared with me a couple of years ago by spirit.  To understand this I must first mention that time is not linear outside of this existence as we understand it.  I had the profound pleasure of meeting, though fleetingly, my own spirit between lives and she had the following to share with me…

This meeting started with me sitting in meditation in a lovely spot amongst nature.  Though on this day as soon as I sat down I heard a guide (one of my spirit guides) say “look beyond”  again and again it said the same thing.  I did start to laugh as I said to the guide “beyond what?”  As I heard the words again though a little less I focused on relaxing my senses both physical and etherical with the intention to look beyond and remain open to receiving.

I then was standing in front of myself in spirit form where I was reviewing my life (the one I am living now) by reading my Akashic Record.  With my spirit was a guide that walked behind her a couple of metres.  That guide was there to assist my spirit if she had questions about her review.  Though her guide would only assist in open ended discussions to allow her to come to her own awareness.

Once my spirit noticed me there she stopped mid stride looked at me and said “what are you doing here?”   She then put our Akashic Record down and waited for me to speak.  I said “I was informed to – look beyond.  So I did and I ended up here.”  She walked to me, saying a knowing “Oh,” turned me around and said “Now look back.  Look back on all of life including your own.  What is THE most important thing in life?”  As I looked back onto and into the world I could feel the truth of everything and the knowing that what was most important was JOY.

I was surprised at first that joy would be the answer and not world peace through loving each other no matter what or something similar.  My spirit said yes that’s right.  For when you have joy you have love.  Love for yourself in that moment, others, your action in that moment, your thoughts and all of this vibrates within you and vibrates out.  Every vibration affects its environment and can either raise or lower the earths energy and experience for all that live there.

Earlier that same year I set an intention that I wanted to bring more joy into my work and into the lives of my children.  Instead of our usual rushing to and from events.  So this change to bring in more happiness has been successful in many areas for me and for my family.  I feel that this connection I had with my spirit was a big catalyst for me to be even more aware of when I am with joy and when it is missing.

Remember happiness is in the small things that we acknowledge and from there it grows.

Intuitive Development is becoming one with your spirit, your spirit has not forgotten who and what you are. An infinite being made of the cosmos fully aware of its limitless abilities and possibilities.

Why develop intuition?

Our spirit chooses whether to reincarnate after this life is over.  So if you choose to come back here or anywhere else you are choosing to learn and develop more of your understanding of the possibilities for life that you do not get to experience as spirit.  What we do not learn or understand we can in the next life experience.  We also work through karma.  With this in mind you can begin to be aware of your own spirits immense wisdom which you can access through developing your intuition.

Karma what is it, (simply explained)?

Think of darkness – it is simply the absence of light so without darkness we cannot know or experience light, light in this case being awareness of self.  Karma is the same thing for example if you are quick to temper, short on tolerance, aggressive to others and you do not learn to overcome these traits then in your next life you may find yourself at the receiving end of this behaviour in your next existence where it may manifest in either relationships, friends, co-workers, employees or bosses.

Karma has the ability to assist families in working through past karma as well.  If you as a parent holding the belief “that you are not good enough” one way this may manifest in your life is for you to develop asthma (there are many other ways – though for this blog purpose we’ll go with asthma).  If you don’t work through this belief and the vibration that asthma sits on then this may be passed on down the family tree, it may also develop in future grandchildren as something more life debilitating.  What you do for yourself you do for generations who come after you.  This all relates back to “Soul Groups” helping each other (I’ll write a about Soul Groups in another blog).  By working through character traits that do not support your highest good you raise your vibration which is how you develop your intuition, the lighter your vibration the easier to hear spirit.  Working through life’s ups and downs coming out the other end healthier and more aware of what is for your highest good is what you incarnated to do.

How to begin your journey of Intuitive Development.

  1. Find a teacher you feel comfortable with and whom you trust. They may offer meditation classes, healings or short courses where you could get a feel for them as your guide. Pay close attention to their choice of words.
  2. Practice what you learn, Intuitive Development rarely happens on its own.
  3. Meditate.  There really is no need to put pressure on yourself about meditation it causes undo stress that becomes stored in your energetic cells then your physical cells if it is not released.  As a beginner aim for 5 -10 minutes a couple of times a week and grow from there when you’re ready.  I have spoken with too many clients that hold stress and guilt over not meditating for 40 minutes.  5 – 10 minutes has  benefits for Mind, Body, Emotional health, Spiritual health.
  4. Spend time in and with nature.  I write “with” because to be mindful when in nature brings you close to spirit and the energy of the universe and the earth you live on.  Everything is living and talking we just need to bring our vibrations into harmony to hear.
  5. Be very mindful of your intention. (look out for my blog “Thoughtful Intention”)
  6. Keep an Intuitive Development diary, you may feel amazed at your discoveries and feel that you will never forget them. Though with your progress you will forget over time. A diary reminds us of how far we have developed our awareness and also helps us maintain our empathy for others beginning their Intuitive Development journey.  You never know who you may be guided to assist in the future.
  7. Be aware of your thoughts and emotions as you progress with your Intuitive Development. They are the sign posts for how you are working through your life’s path.
  8. By doing the above you will begin to notice a change in your reactions and non-reactions to people and situations. All this you can keep note of in your diary.

Some benefits of developing your intuition.

  1. A Calmer less reactive you.
  2. Direct access to your own spirit and your life purpose.
  3. Being lovingly unapologetically calm about who you are and your life choices, coming from your heart centre of non-judgment.
  4. Personal interactions with your guides, spirit, angels, Archangels, Creator so many more. Your life purpose and your intention will assist in how and what direction your Intuitive Development evolves.
  5. Being of service, when your life path is known by you – you become aware that to fully live your life path is to be of service to your life force thereby being of service to all of life. It is in this vibration that you are living in harmony with your own spirit self and your manifested body With ease, grace, love and abundance.
  6. You naturally move away (if you haven’t already) from the belief that we are here to purchase goods, to be a good consumer. The natural world begins to hold more of your attention and desire to become part of it once again.
  7. For parents – A) you now have another skill to call on to assist you and your child through their own ups and downs and the learning and growing process that is parenting.  B) You’re now able to teach and support your child into developing their own intuition.  I suggest begin by keeping a child’s natural connection with nature.
  8. Whether you are a entrepreneur, student, employee, parent, grandparent, retiree or traveller being in tune with your inner knowing shows you the clearest path forward and the people who have the right vibration for you to travel that path with.

 

My intention with this blog is to offer support, guidance and a few possibilities to anyone beginning or even thinking of their own Intuitive Development.  Being in conversation with your spirit creates a smoother yellow brick road ahead on your life journey.  As you become sensitive to the feel of different vibrations you begin to feel the gentle push and pull of your decisions and can easily check which way forward has less tension.  For every thought is vibrating into reality.   Living a conscious life you begin to feel balanced and in harmony.

Heart Awareness Meditation

Heart Awareness

In my previous blog “Breathing Through your Chakras” for many would have been your beginning journey into the world of energy.  It is our world, everything without exception in this world is vibrating a frequency.

Our heart also has it’s own vibration that is forever expansive and is sensed by others around us and vice versa.  When a parent is stressed a baby will be unsettled especially if it is the mother who is feeding the baby.  It is the heart rhythm that the baby resonates with.

An easy way to know if you are interacting from your heart centre is to simply ask these questions;

Am I feeling joy in these thoughts, actions or words of mine?

Is there tension anywhere in my body during these thoughts, actions or words of mine?

So if you are not feeling love, calm, joyful in the moment ask yourself what you do want? Focusing on the positive and what you do want changes the your vibration your sending out to the world.  We are manifesting beings co-creating our lives with every thought, feeling and action though it is our feelings that stream line our manifestations.  So it would be to your advantage to become friendly with your heart intelligence.

Consciously connecting to your heart centre.

Before you begin feel into your heart centre and with out editing what do you feel?  What words come up?  Is there tension?  You don’t need to do anything just gently and lovingly be aware.

6 Positions – Spend a total of one hour (10 mins on each hand position) or less if time will not allow for the full hour.  You may sit in a chair or lay down which ever is more comfortable for you, I find laying down for this one is best.

  1. Right hand over top of head
  2. Left hand over heart chakra
  3. Left hand moves from heart to 3rd eye
  4. Right hand moves from crown to heart
  5. Right hand from heart to throat
  6. Left hand from 3rd eye to heart
  7. Left hand from heart to solar plexus
  8. Right from throat to heart
  9. Right hand from heart to Sacral
  10. Left hand from solar plexus to heart
  11. Left hand from heart to Root Chakra (perineum)
  12. Right hand from Sacral to heart

Breathe in deeply through your nose filling up your abdomen with energy relaxing your hands down beside your body palms facing up.  Again feel into your heart centre and notice any change in your words, feelings, tension or lack of tension, any feeling of release.

Gently wriggle your toes and fingers give thanks to yourself for giving you this gift of relaxation and meditation.

Breathing Deeply Through Your Chakra’s

Three weeks ago in the first blog for this series I shared with you Grounding and Shielding your energy techniques.  Today we will take that further so that you may begin to enjoy connecting in with your body through the awareness of peaceful breaths.

You may wish to re-read the first blog “How to Ground and Shield your Energy” to familiarise your self if you do not have a daily practice of doing that exercise, as we are going to jump right into tuning into our bodies through the chakra system.

What is meant by tuning into your chakra with intention;  we tune in by many ways, for this blog though it is through your breath.  When you breathe into a charka we are working with you create opportunity to listen to your energy system and your physical body.  Intention is very powerful so before beginning say “My intention is to connect in with my energy systems and my physical body through my chakras with love, ease and grace.”  use this one till you find one that resonates fully for you.

If you have low blood pressure, anaemic or anything where you may feel light headed please do not do the fast breathing, you may instead breath normally with the same focus and intentions- you may also need to sit in a chair or lay down.

When you breathe into each chakra imagine the colour of that chakra.   Also imagine your breath going in and out at the chakra location.

Starting at the Base/ Root Chakra_ Red_ Base of spine / perineum

Bring your attention to your base chakra and tighten the muscles here as if you need to visit the bathroom.  Breathe deeply through your base chakra the energy going in and out of your spine / perineum see the colour red.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths  each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Relax these muscles and tune into your Base Chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Allow your self time to tune in and connect, there is nothing for you to achieve here you are simply re-connecting with your inner knowing.

**We do the same process for all the chakras**

Sacral Chakra_ Orange_ 2 inches below the navel and 2 inches inside the body

Bring your attention to your sacral chakra and tighten the muscles here.  Breathe deeply through your sacral chakra the energy going in and out through the front of your lower abdomen and back seeing the colour orange.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths  each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Relax these muscles and tune into your Sacral Chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

 

Solar Plexus Chakra_ Yellow_ Just below the ribs

Bring your attention to your solar plexus chakra and tighten the muscles here.  Breathe deeply through your solar plexus chakra the energy going in and out through the front and back of your upper abdomen seeing the colour yellow.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Relax these muscles and tune into your Sacral Chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Heart Chakra_ Green_ Centre of your chest

Bring your attention to your heart chakra.  You may be standing, sitting or laying down and you can still do the following – without moving where are your shoulders?

Are they rounded, hunched, open or curved forward?

*Open your hand palms facing up * Bring your torso up as if an invisible string is gently pulling you up through your crown chakra.  So you are lengthening instead of pushing out your chest.   While in your back your are bringing your shoulder blades together and down opening your chest while also opening your shoulders.

Your heart chakra is where you open up and connect with your inner knowing your souls intuition.

Breathe deeply through your heart chakra the energy going in and out through the front and back of your upper abdomen seeing the colour green.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Tune into your heart area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Throat Chakra_ Blue_ Centre of your throat

Bring your attention to your throat chakra.  Breathe deeply through your throat chakra the energy going in and out through the front and  back of your throat seeing the colour Blue.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Tune into your Throat Chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Third Eye Chakra_ Indigo _ Middle of your eyebrows and a finger width above

At this Chakra ask-  “For your vibrations to be cleared and raised for your highest good so that you may see, hear, feel, know any messages from your body or highest self and guides.”

Bring your attention to your third eye chakra.  Breathe deeply through your third eye chakra the energy going in and out through the front and slightly down at the back of your head seeing the colour indigo.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Tune into your Third Eye Chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Crown ChakraViolet _ Just above your head at the centre apex

At this Chakra ask-  “For your vibrations to be cleared and raised for your highest good so that you may see, hear, feel, know any messages from your body or highest self and guides.”

Bring your attention to your crown chakra.  Breathe deeply through your crown chakra the energy going in and out through the top of your head seeing the colour violet.  On the out breath purse your lips and breath out fast 7 times in succession – do 3 rounds of this breathing with a slight pause after the 7 out breaths each time.  Then continue with slow relaxed breathing still focusing on breathing through the chakra.

Tune into your crown chakra area – Ask the following 3 questions

1) Am I tight any where in this region?

2) Do I feel pain in this region?  Do any thoughts or emotions rise up along with this pain?

3) Do you sense any emotions rising up from this area on their own? – take your time.

*When you feel into the above three questions also note any places, people or events that arise.

Allow a few minutes before you finish deep breath in and from the Heart Centre give thanks to your self and for your higher self with love, grace and ease.  Wriggle your fingers and toes.  Journal your experience and you may be amazed at the changes in your awareness of your self not only at times of mediation but also when you are in situations that may trigger your emotions.

              CHAKRA’S

Series 1 Peaceful Moments, Week 2

Spinning in your aura, the layered energy field that surrounds your physical body, reside your chakra’s.   Our chakra’s support us on all levels of our existence here in this body that you are currently inhabiting. Chakra’s are a living thriving network of energy that themselves have layers to what they do for us.  They are a part of you from the beginning just as your blood, bones and thoughts are.

For this four week series I will share with you the four basics of Chakra’s.  In another blog series I will share with you more about Chakra’s that I have learnt and experienced firsthand to aide you in deepening your understanding and connection with that part of you.

4) Glands and organs related with each chakra There are seven main chakra’s as you can see from the picture above, thogh we will discuss eight to include the feet chakras.

What are Chakra’s

Chakra energy centres spin in a clock wise direction when they are clear, when they become clogged and heavy they tend to slow down and can even reverse their spinning.  Let us assume for the purpose of this blog that your chakras are clear and healthy. Each chakra aids us in keeping balance through our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional selves.  When these energy centres which are located along your physical spine are not healthy a change in these areas can be experienced.

Feet Chakra’s

Are located on the sole of your feet in the middle of your foot.  You can strengthen these centres through doing last weeks meditation on “Grounding and Shielding your Energy.”  When a person is grounded through the feet I can feel the power in that connection to Gaia.

1st Base / Root Chakra                                         

Colour: Red

Location: Base of spine, perineum

Glands & organs: Adrenals, Kidneys, Spinal column, Legs, Leg bones, Reproductive, Colon

The function of the Base Chakra is that of survival in the physical world shelter, warmth, food and water. This is also where the fight or flight instincts arise and our physical vitality. Our memories and emotions of early relationships are held within this energy centre and create our foundations in which we view people and the world from as we mature.  The base chakra is also another chakra through which we ground our selves with Gaia.

2nd Sacral Chakra

Colour: Orange

Location: two inches below the navel and two inches inside the body.

Glands and organs: Sexual organs, Prostate gland, Spleen, Womb, Bladder, Liver.

This is the energy centre for creativity and inspiration also this is the area in which you engage with other people in group dynamics based on your base chakra relationship experiences.

3rd Solar Plexus Chakra

Colour: Yellow

Location: Base of the ribs

Glands and organs: Pancreas, Liver, Digestive tract, Stomach, Gallbladder, Metabolism, Nervous system.

The seat of your personal power and where we distribute our energy from.  With growth from the lower two chakras we now begin to shape our being and based on our cellular memory of those experiences with aid or tighten our ability to let go of energy blocks.

4th Heart chakra

Colour: Green

Location: Centre of the chest level with the physical heart

Glands and organs: Thymus, Heart, Ribs, Chest cavity, Lower lungs, Blood

The energy of vibration of universal love flows through here within that vibration is also your intuition.  It is through the heart centre we become at peace with who we are and allow others the same peace of non-judgement.  The other chakras all flow to this centre chakra.  Through the balancing and clearing of lessons through the bottom three chakras  opens the heart chakra.  When the next top three chakras are also cleared and energised your heart chakra begins to vibrate at a higher level of awareness tuning into group consciousness and spirituality.  We are now at our centre of compassion.

5th Throat Chakra

Colour: Blue

Location: Base of your neck and throat

Glands and organs: Thyroid, Throat, Jaw areas, Vocal cord, lungs, immune system.

Our communication and expression energy centre where we verbalise our mental and emotional energy with people and spirit.  Through trusting your inner wisdom and speaking, singing or chanting your heart centred truth with love you journey along the pathway to higher consciousness.

6th Third Eye Chakra

Colour: Indigo

Location: One finger breadth above your eye brows

Glands and organs: Pituitary gland, Cerebellum, Ears, Nose, Sinuses, Eyes, central nervous system,

Here we connect in with our psychic abilities have insight into past, present and future increasing clairvoyance and our ability to connect and rediscover our gift that we incarnated with for our life purpose.  There is no need to see your self through the eyes of others, here and the heart centre you connect with the knowing of your true value.

7th Crown Chakra

Colour: White, Gold

Location: Top centre of your head.

Glands and organs: Pineal and pituitary glands, Cerebral cortex, Cerebrum, Central Nervous system.

Enlightenment through higher consciousness the All Knowing Wisdom that connects the Multiverse flows through our crown chakra.  Activating the release of illusory ideals of the worth of material goods , pride and vanity  these will easily be left behind once the crown chakra is vibrating at a higher frequency.   With the ease and comfort attained through this awareness you know you are not alone in your journey and you will always have guidance to fulfil your gift  in this life.

The realisation that material goods are just items and do not define us does not mean that we no longer desire these things.  We simply release the tension associated with having, wanting, needing.

The journey of awareness and reconnection with your amazing spirit selves may not be smooth.  As we move through clearing of each chakra level emotions and our experiences within those fields will rise up and demand to be noticed and worked through.  If your good hey even great at pushing those memories and emotions down they will rise up again – be on the look out – for you can not move forward without acknowledging and assimilating those lessons that are just for you.  REMEMBER you chose this life.

When you set an intention out loud or internally through thought please end it with a statement like these –  “with ease and grace” or “with gentleness and compassion”  or something similar that resonates with you.  Otherwise you may just receive what you ask for – faster when you work through your lessons – though not in the way you had hoped.

How to ground and shield your energy

Well here we are at the start ready to begin connecting to your soul, realigning your vibration so you can be in tune with your soul purpose reignite the joy in your life and in your career.

Why not! This is why we are here after all to take a journey of discovery. The discovery is YOU. Through this daily practice you will cultivate a presence of being open to this clear vibration of Joy and Love which connects with us all through energy. The energy of feeling, loving, fun, happiness the vibration of knowing. When you are open to this energy you are open to the discovery of your soul purpose which can only enrich your life.

What is Energy?

Our world is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies this vibrating energy connects us to each other and to our world. If you have ever read or heard someone speak of “Global Consciousness” being raised by groups who meditate on peace or a new movie or book.  That has had a large impact on people and communities where the message is heart based with a focus on deeper awareness of our own greatness being within us, this aids in raising global consciousness. This energy flows through everything you see and what you cannot yet see, though some of you may.   I see this energy in many ways one is through the earth and connects through our feet chakras. I also see this energy line connecting not just us to each other but to everything on the earth trees, soil, bugs and blades of grass and so much more.

Grounding

Grounding your energy aids you in being present in your body. The process is a way of balancing your mind, body and spirit into the present moment aligning your chakras, etheric self and keeping the connection with Gaia (Mother Earth).

With daily practice raising your vibrations to that of clearer higher vibrating energy, this clearer energy supports you in connecting with your higher knowing, your intuition, gut instinct this gives you a spring board for clear knowing your way forward with life and career decisions.  There is so much more to this though I feel this will suffice for where we are now, just at the beginning.

Shielding

Shielding your energy allows the focus to be on your clear instincts for the rest of the day and not on the energy that you become bombarded with through your daily activities.  There is so much activity all around you everywhere you go that you cannot possibly protect yourself from it all without first focusing on your daily protection to start with.

This again helps in raising your energy to a higher clearer vibration.

Grounding and Shielding Focused Meditation

1) Firstly be in a sitting or standing position anywhere where you feel calm with feet hip width apart.  Stand firmly though not rigidly.

2) Breathing in slowly for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, release on a count of 4.  Just like in the previous blog “Peaceful Moments”.

Allow all thoughts about the night or your day ahead gently drift away.  Do at least 3 or 4 rounds of this breathing technique for relaxation of the whole body and mind.

Once you don’t need to do this 4 count again

Simply focus on your heart centre the inner you, your soul as you breathe deeply connecting with your soul

Grounding Process

3) Bring your attention to the middle of your chest- your heart chakra – set your intention to connect with your higher self, high above you your soul self your all knowing all loving higher self.

Mentally say

“My intention is to connect in with the 11th dimension or above in the pure energy of Joy and Love for my highest good for my soul purpose.”

Visualise

The energy far away and ask for the energy from this place – for the energy beam that already connecting you – to be cleansed and re-energised.

See this energy descending down

Down through space

Down through your higher self your soul self

Down through your soul star chakra high above you

Down through your crown chakra at the top of your head

Feel that energy descending down through the centre line of your body

Gently slowly down through your head down through your throat chakra

Down to your heart chakra – in the middle of your chest

All the way down the mid line of your torso

Breathing through your nose

Out your mouth

Down through your legs

Out through the soles of your feet

Visualise that energy descending down through the earth

All the way to heart centre of Gaia (Mother Earth) to her very core, her heart loving centre

You are connected above and below

Ask Gaia

To ascend her healing loving all knowing earth energy up through the earth from her heart centre.

All the way up to the base of your feet through your feet chakras in the centre of your soles

Up through your legs

Up through the centre line of your body

Up through the torso

Up to your heart centre in the middle of your chest feel the energy gathering, swirling and clearing out any meridians and blocked energy.

The energy pulsates out of you from the front of your chest and from the back of your chest.

This loving vibration

The energy continues up

Through the throat

Up through the head

Out of the top of your heart your crown chakra

Continuing up through your soul star chakra

Through your higher self

All the way up to the 11th dimension or beyond in the pure energy of Joy and Love for your highest good for your souls purpose

Your energy is secured

Golden Light of Protection 

From this same place above

“Ask for the golden light to descend around these energy beams protecting you and your energy”

Descending down around these columns of light surrounding

Your highest self

Your soul star chakra

Your physical body

Your aura

Down

Past your feet

All the way into the earth

To the very centre of Gaia to her heart centre surrounding and protecting her from any negativity as well

Still breathing deeply through the nose

Sitting or standing firmly though relaxed

Set your intention that “No thing, person, entity, thoughts or actions can negatively influence our selves our life our life purpose any of these things will be absorbed by the golden light and be sent back to the originator for their awareness for their growth

This golden light sits as far out or as far in as is needed for your highest good, for your soul purpose.

Breathe in deeply into your abdomen

Slow breathe out

Bring your awareness back to your body and your present moment

Wriggle your toes and fingers

Open your eyes

There is a connection that gets lost in the busy day to day of living.

It is the most important connection of all, it is the connection with ourselves.  We all know why this connection has become fragile with work, social, family, sports and so many more commitments.
Now is the time to bring back love for our selves at a soul level.

Your soul has the knowledge of why you chose to be you in this life and what you wanted to achieve.  Let’s connect the links back into place and with practice and positive intention re-ignite your self love and passion through peaceful moments.

Peace resides at our heart center ( our all knowing intelligent center)  in the middle of our chest, at the front and back of your body, by breathing deeply into our abdomen with the intent to connect with your heart center, calm and peace begin to grow.
* If this is new for you try breathing in for a count of 4 into the abdomen – Hold for a count of 4 – Breath out on the count of 4.

What we do for our selves we do for every living thing in our world.  In building your connection with your heart center you connect with your soul bringing more peace into the world.

3) Breathing through your chakra’s. Expanding on 1) to connect deeper.
